101 in 1001

Instead of making resolutions this year, I decided that I would jump on the bandwagon and make 101 in 1001 list. If you are not familiar with this concept, it's a happy medium between a set of resolutions and a bucket list. The idea is to make a list of 101 items to be completed in 1001 days, which is about 2.75 years.

Here goes nothing!
